Milk which is easily available at our home's kitchen.Curd which is made from fermented milk. Curd is heavy nutritious for us. Using of curd in our daily food life is beneficial for us. Now we come to the point .Here's
matter how to make curd.Many of housewives make next day curd from old curd.Many of you don't know how to make curd from original milk.So here are the methods:


First take a cup of milk and just luke warm it on gas burner. Remove it from gas




Plain Milk


 burner. Or you can take boiled milk but after one hour.Cast it into container or bottle it will be glass. You can use plastic container but I will not suggest you plastic container because it is not healthy option  .Put two full sized green chillies or two red chillies into the lukewarm milk and closed it for 12 hours.Last but not least if you store lukewarm milk in glass bottle so tilt it so that chillies are properly dipped into lukewarm milk. Your curd is ready.


If curd store in the bottle then tilt it.


Curd is ready to serve 😊😊😊😊😊
