What
to do or not to do in summer????
My little
friends your annual examinations are over. Hope that you are enjoying summer vacations
a lot. Before starting summer vacations you planned a lot where have to go to vacations.
Few of you are always busy in front of TV, computer, mobile, playing outdoor games,
vacation classes and so on. But one thing you do this before you must take care
of your health in vacations.
What to do
*Take at
least 8 glass of water a day.
*Take
seasonal fruits such as mango, pineapples etc. and you also take in the form of
juice.
*Try to
wear light colour cotton clothes.
*Carry
water bottle always with you where you are.
*Coconut
water and lassi are also healthy options.
*Apply
Sunscreen lotions on your body whenever you go out.
*Wear goggles
and cover your head with scarf or keep umbrella with you on heavy sunshine.

do
*Avoid oily
foods it creates indigestion.
*Avoid soft
drinks and cafe ☕ it contains lot of chemical substance which is not good for health and
try to take home made juice.
*Avoid dark
colour and heavy dress.
*Try to
avoid going out from home on afternoon time.
