                          Healthy, Delicious and yummy COCONUT CUTLET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Ingredients
·      
           1 Cup of grated coconut
·       


       1 Lemon sized chopped ginger

·         4 to 6 cloves of chopped garlic
·         2 tablespoon gram flour

·       
           Salt as required
·         1 handful chopped drumstick leaves
·         Few amount of Cooking oil or ghee

*Method

Take above all ingredients and mix in to the plate. We will not do deep fry.
Make small balls. Make sure do not add water in to it.


Now flatten these balls and drizzle some drops of oil into the pan.
Now these flatten balls put into the pan.










In between cooking purl these cutlets at medium flame like doses or chapatti.
   At last healthy and yummy coconut cutlets are ready to serve with any types of sauce.
