Why do we need omega 3 fatty acids?


For healthy life we cannot avoid nutrients like omega 3 fatty acids. It helps us to growth physically ,mental development etc.There are EPA,DHA,ALA omega 3 fatty acids.Give essential nutrients to brain,heart,getting omega 3 fatty acids from salmon 
etc twice in a week because it has essential nutrients. 

Lack of omega 3 fatty acids




 Lacks of Omega 3 fatty acids may leads to chances of exhaust the body,short memory,dry skin,heart related problems,depression.This is necessary for preganant woman,children and infants.Omega 3 acids are also called as poly unsaturated acids.



Food contains Omega 3 fatty acids

Omega 3 fatty acids not only contains in fish but also contain in urad dal,rajma chawal,soyabean,cabbage,cauliflower,walnut,grainswithout bran,garlic,olive oil,mustard oil etc.

Do not use too much

In daily life omega 3 fatty acids do not use too much because few of the sea fishes are contained mercury,PCB and few some poisonous elements according to few of the researchers.Too much uses of pulses and fishes is not at all good for health.For controlling diabetes the omega 3 fatty acids are useful at within.
